Instead of just ignoring the IE specfic menu popdown script, appruner crashed and burned.  It may have been a random crash because i havent tried it again but im pretty sure it was the IE DHTML Script.

Was able to load the above URL without crashing -- Oct. 8th build - WinNT

Was able to load URL without crashing with M9 on Win95 and M10 on Win95 and
Win98 both.

I'm marking this WORKSFORME, seems it can't be replicated.
