Steps to reproduce:

To search for a contact, one needs to open the address book and search there. It would be nicer to have a search integrated into the main window. The add-on Contacts Tab provided this: https://addons.thunderbird.net/user-media/previews/full/81/81564.png?modified=1530208966 but TB68 broke it. It is not clear this will be possible with WebExtensions.
