After bug 1599433 was resolved, I stumbled upon a chain of trust error[1]:
2019-11-27T12:29:53 ERROR - Hit ScriptWorkerException: 'mobile-3/b-linux is not a valid decision workerPoolId!'
The only valid values since we've migrated to Firefox CI are[2]:
"mobile-1/decision",
"mobile-3/decision",
