Let's add a clobber mode to "cleanly" wipe Raptor's env so it's recreated
mach clobber supports different "modes": see https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/42c2ecdc429115c32e6bcb78bf087a228a051044/python/mozbuild/mozbuild/mach_commands.py#173. So I'd gently prefer this to be mach clobber raptor, potentially with mach raptor --clobber printing help.

Maybe we could make this command mach clobber perftest to get rid of anything that perftest tools make.
