Opening link from Mail, the Navigator window is slow to pop up

Details

Steps:

1. Click a link in mail message.

RESULT: The progress bar starts running, status bar displays 'Loading document'.
The navigator window pops up after few seconds. Then the navigator takes further
few seconds to show up the page.

EXPECTED: The first delay shouldn't exist - it should be a simple passing of
address from Mail to Navigator. But it takes a few seconds before Navigator pops up.
