clicking near inside border of "search on addons.mozilla.org" window doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

Visit about:addons
click inside search field but very close to border.

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

Everywhere where cursor icon appears, a left click shoud make the cursor blink in the search field.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

This is really an issue with the <search-textbox> element, not specific to about:addons. You can see the same behaviour in about:preferences.

Priority: -- → P5

but not in the search-toolbar (LCtrl+F) o_O strange.
