clang-tidy checkers assert diagnostic messages as warnings, but our checkers assert errors. This should be changed in order to make our checkers compliant with clang-tidy infra.
Also this ads another issue for our review time bot that expects to have warnings and not errors when the artifact that is going to be parsed is built.
