Similar to https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/tools/docs/contribute/how_to_contribute_firefox.html by sylvestre we should have guidelines for Windows as well.

We should make sure it remains short (2 pages)

Windows just needs a couple of additional things before the "clone the source" step, which are Visual Studio and MozillaBuild; everything after that is exactly the same (including the fact that you do still need to run bootstrap). Those steps are covered here on MDN, but having all of that here together in one place would be awesome.
