1600098 - macosx/shippable Talos(g5/chrome) sometimes exceeds its max-run-time

macosx/shippable Talos(g5) normally runs for about 28 minutes, very close to its max-run-time of 30 minutes. There are recent intermittent task timeouts in bug 1589796:

(There are also Talos(other) task timeouts on Windows, but those appear to be hangs.)
