User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
This has only been happening since the update, I am not sure what exactly causes it, I have tried starting firefox in safe mode which did work once but every other attempt it was still having the same issue, I have tried refreshing firefox and removing all extensions which also didn't solve the issue
Actual results:
So every time I start firefox there is a delay before the first webpage loads, firefox itself doesn't lag or anything I can open as many tabs and such as I like but I have to wait till the initial page loads before everything goes back to the usual fast speed, as long as I leave one instance of firefox running any other I open does not have these issues, but once I close those and open a fresh instance then the issue is back and I have to wait 5 - 10 seconds before I can browse webpages
Expected results:
Things used to load immediately without delay before the update, not sure what the update change to cause this

Can you explain more about what you see? Does the main window show up immediately or after the delay? How are you launching Firefox?
I launch it by clicking on the Firefox icon on my task bar, the main window opens immediately but the first website takes 5 - 10 seconds to load, currently its set to google, but I have tried other sites too all have the same result, the main window is not frozen or anything while the delay is happening so even if I switch to another site right away it will still only load it after the delay afterwards everything works as normal, I only use two extensions, noscript and Ublock I have tried getting rid of both but the same issue persists, if there is anything else I could do to help I will be happy to

Not entirely sure where this should live but it isn't being caused by the startup code.

It might be a duplicate of bug 1591691.
Does it still occur in the new Release version v71? Should be released today.
Alright, after the update today the issue seems to be fixed and everything works as it should, thanks for the help guys
