Steps to reproduce:

I want to move the tab bar below the bookmark bar.
I go to settings (personalization) and I don’t see a way to do this.

Actual results:

I don’t see a way to do this.

Expected results:

Or it should be possible to take the tab bar with the mouse and move it below the bookmarks bar.
Or the "Personalization - check-box "tab bar below the bookmark bar ".
