Steps to reproduce:
update to 70.0.1
Actual results:
firefox is now Arabic
Expected results:
should've remained English

Click the cog wheel icon shown in your screenshot and choose Check for Updates. Once the language pack is updated and re-enabled, double-check your language settings by entering about:preferences into the address bar.

Which version where you using before? Update from 70 to 70.0.1 should not do that.

Attachment 9112784 [details] shows English (US) Language Pack version 69.0buildid20190917135527. Even if reporter had Firefox 70.0 previously, the language pack still would've been incompatible then.
thank you and sorry for opening a duplicate it's fixed now.
however i shall put this for documentation..
after firefox update and the language didn't update..
the layout switched to right to left.. it's normal since it's Arabic but then i couldn't move tabs. i had 3 tabs, like the screenshot, once i grabbed a tab it would snap to the leftmost spot and i can't move it anywhere else and at the same time other tabs didn't take it's spot unless i leave the tab i'm grabbing. i can't confirm if firefox still thinks it's a left to right layout and putting the tab at the end accordingly (since the tabs were at the right) since i didn't have enough tabs to fill the whole bar..
last thing i noticed was the address bar, any kind of suggestion would only appear as an icon without any words. i'm not sure if Arabic showed correctly but i don't think so.
that's all. i'm not looking for a fix as this was the result of the previous bug, which is fixed.
if you this has to be closed from comments in some way then please do.. if i have to do it tell me. anyways i'm done with this report. and thanks again
