Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open first window
  2. Open second window and immediately move it with focus to second workspace
  3. Switch to first workspace

Actual results:

Output on first window is frozen (content responds to input behind scenes, but never displays changes until an unfocus/focus cycle)

Expected results:

All windows remain responsive

Bug is reproduceable in more situations, but I still need to figure out other reliable ways to get it to happen
