[Web Platform Test Sync Bot [:wpt-sync] (Matrix: #interop:mozilla.org)]

Sync web-platform-tests PR 20560 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

This test doesn't pass, because there is a problem with Chrome's
implementation (See https://crbug.com/980127) and because there are two
problems in the test itself.

1. t_spv.done() is never called.
2. A typing mistake in "tsv_unreached_func"
