Before we can perform an overhaul of our testing/production infrastructure, we need "enterprise security" to be on-board.

Just for documentation sake, the main things we wanted to vet with enterprise security was bringing docker into the mix, especially involving it with the ssh server. I don't believe we had fully decided where docker would start (e.g. would sshd be in docker? just pash? only the hg process? etc.), but our main application code that runs when receiving an SSH push will be in docker.
