Details
Using Firefox 71.0 x64 stable in win10.
In Options|General|'Network Settings',
after the user manually enables "DNS over HTTPS" and sets a Provider,
there isn't currently no notification that the setting will be applied at next Firefox launch.
and so, if the user just continues the current browsing session,
he might get the wrong impression that this very useful feature is broken/not working.
I've tested in Firefox 80 stable x64 with https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/
and I see that the setting is applied at current session.
I'm closing this.
