[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with the "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled" pref set to "true" in the "about:config" page".
• Have the latest version of the "Remote Settings Devtools" add-on installed from here

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Click the "Remote Settings Devtools" toolbar button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
3. Change the "Environment" to "Stage" and restart the browser.
4. Click the "Firefox Menu" button from the top-right part of the window and select the "What's New" option.
5. Click the "Watch videos while you browse" message and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-picture-picture-firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct" page is opened.

[Actual result]:

• The "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/push-notifications-firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct" page is opened instead.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Beta (72.0b5 Build ID - 20191210230245) and latest Firefox Nightly (73.0a1 Build ID - 20191211214629) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.15.1. Now, the About Picture-in-Picture in Firefox page is successfully opened if the "Watch videos while you browse" message from the "What's New" panel is clicked.
