Any pdf file that I have attempted to view within Mozilla results in the Acrobat
5.0 plugin loading slowly and strangely, for example, the Acrobat toolbar is not
displayed, and the scrollbar only appears after I click at random within the
window.  When I switch windows and then switch back, the Acrobat plugin window
does not automatically redraw, and the scrollbar is hidden until I click in it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a link to a PDF file
2. See what happens
3. It won't work right

Actual Results:  See above.

Expected Results:  Replica of Acrobat window (with functional toolbar and
scrollbar) should appear as soon as plugin loads.

WorksForMe using Mac/2002080208/9.2.2. Displays correctly, though slowly. The whole PDF 
area is painted grey, then after a second or so the real PDF contents draw.

Dan, please retest using a newer build and advise.

I don't think the plug-in is necessarily working poorly, the particualr file
that is referenced is only 830KB, so there may be some other things going on
here. I am cc'ing Liz to see if she can give any input on what might be causing
the slowness.

Liz: I am using version 5.0 on win98 and this particular pdf downloads very,very
slow. Locally it loads extremely fast. So, I an not sure it really is the
application, but it may be just the server in which it resides and download
speed etc. Any input from you would be great.

works on my NT just fine. I see a small delay but it's due to the graphics 
intensive nature of this pdf. works fine for me....

I just retested this with Adobe Acrobat Plug-In Version 5.10 for Netscape and a
current branch build -- the PDF file loaded quickly. Reporter: I tested on winXP
and mac OSX. DO you have the ability or capability to test it out on OSX?
