Once migration is completed and validated, we can remove the legacy telemetry-ios framework from the app.

Due to the news that Lockwise-iOS's future is uncertain, and in light of the fact that there hasn't been any movement on this for some time, I'm closing this as INCOMPLETE. If the direction with Lockwise-mobile apps changes, we can discuss and reopen this then.
