Steps to reproduce:

I'm using a Surface Pro 4 on Manjaro Linux. I've enabled apz.allow_zooming in about:config to get multitouch zooming support.

Whenever I scroll through a webpage using the scrollbar on the right, the webpage is selected, as if I was dragging my mouse over the page.

Actual results:

While the page scrolled, it was jittery and selected any text in the scrolled area.

Expected results:

Page should scroll normally, without selecting text, like when apz.allow_zooming is disabled.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
