1601722 - Add the ability to classify tasks from Push Health

When I push to try, Push Health is useful to retrigger all tasks that need more investigation. However, it's often difficult to match up tasks in the Push Health view with the ones in the default view.

It would be nice if I could classify tasks directly in Push Health. A particularly powerful use-case would be to classify everything in the "Known Intermittents" section so that they become muted in the default view, reducing the noise and making it easier to find the tasks that I need to care about.
