It would be helpful for debugging to have GMPParent::ParseChromiumManifest log if it has passed or if it has failed, and if so, why.
Since failure to parse the manifest is propagated to a point where it fails GMP loading , having an explicit indication in the log lowers the amount of time spent debugging to figure out what call failed initialization.
