actions in "more" toolbar button can't be put directly in toolbar

Steps to reproduce:

I wanted to have a "mark as unread" button between the "forward" and "archive" buttons. Right now, it's buried inside the "more" button, and there's no way to get it out of there using right click -> customize

Expected results:

There should be a way to take the actions stored in "more", like "open in new tab" or "view source" into the toolbar.
