Steps to reproduce:
Firefox ESR 68.2.0, 68.3.0
Open the certificate manager.
The button "Löschen oder Vertrauen entziehen ..." is cut off.
I have to pull on the bottom edge.
Actual results:
The button "Löschen oder Vertrauen entziehen ..." is cut off.
Looks "bad" in German.
Happens in Firefox 71.0 too.
Expected results:
Should look like in English!

Note the symbol in the lower right corner. You can click and drag that corner to resize the window.

I know about the possibility to resize with the right corner.
It's only a little UI "bug" but maybe you could resize the default size of the windows a bit bigger.

Thank you for the update. Closing as Worksforme since the problem is gone but we don't know which specific patch fixed it.
