User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0
Steps to reproduce:
Units of time are required in Firefox, not in Safari
See https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4569
Actual results:
I was developing in Safari and had to debug what was breaking in Firefox.
Expected results:
As lengths work fine with no units for zero magnitude, I expected durations to be the same.

Redirecting component, but from the linked github issue this is an INVALID as Firefox is correct and Safari is broken.
