The action should open the SSB UI to show the page. No other custom behaviour
is expecgterd at this point.

Why such a restriction?
I would like to launch http only site. At least localhost or LAN IP addresses. But it didn't work.
firefox -ssb http://127.0.0.1:8080/?service
