I believe the web application is Java-based. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to kstp.com 2. Select the "WEATHER" button at the top of the page. 3. Select "Your Neighborhood" from the right side of the page. 4. From the weather instrument window select "Select a Site". 5. Try to scroll the left side of the pop-up window. Actual Results: Mozilla crashed. Expected Results: The left side of the window should scroll and Mozilla should not crash.
