Details

Using M10 and build 1999100908 on Win98,
I cannot use the wheel on my mouse to scroll gfx scrollbars.  (Native scrollbars
work correctly.)

There are lots of us out here that are hooked on these wheels, and the ability
to scroll using it should definately be included.
