Steps to reproduce:

I have recently installed firefox on my mac.
I was using firefox sync to get my bookmarks / extensions back.

I saw that I have "Notifier for Gmail™" installed but I get no notification from it.
I then went to the extension settings page and I clicked "preferences".
I then saw a box that says "page not found" but the box kept growing and never stopped.

Actual results:

The "page not found" box kept growing to infinity

Expected results:

The box should have a fixed size or at least grow up to the edge of the screen

This is caused by a hack we had to work around a bug that was fixed. Duping to the bug to cleanup the hacks.
