Imagebam links are not properly opening

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
Went to a website and tried to open a link to an image that was hosted on imagebam.com.
Actual results:
The link appeared to open in a new tab like with other imagehosts but then the tab automatically closed itself.
Expected results:
The tab should have stayed open and I should have been able to view the image on the imagebam website.

I should also mention that when I copied and pasted the link in question (not posted here because it is NSFW) into an Private Window using "Paste & Go" the link properly opened.
This however gets annoying very quickly that I have to right-click on a image-link or regular link and say "Open in Private Window."

Hi Christopher,
Since I do not have the link I cannot confirm this myself, but do you by any chance use an ad-blocker extension?
Could you check if this also occurs using a fresh profile ? You can find a link below on how to do that:
