User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

1- Open Firefox
2- Maximize the window

--> I am using firefox 71, stable.
--> Windows 10, 64 bit.
--> I am having a setup of 1 laptop + a docking station and 2 screens:
- 1st screen attached to the docking station (using Intel Graphics)
- 2nd screen attached directly to the laptop (using NVidia Graphics)

This issue happens only on the screen connected to the docking station and working with intel graphics.
PS: the intel graphics thing is a limitation from the docking station, not a configuration option.
PS2: Windows API (directx) doesn't see any available directx graphics cards attached if the screen is attached through the docking station.

Actual results:

The tab bar, menu bar and all other bars are non responsive (they don't respond to clicks... etc.)
Keyboard still works, so pressing ctrl+T opens a new tab, but the tab bar doesn't update.

I couldn't reproduce the described behavior in:

Windows 10 (64-bit)
Firefox 71.0

Commonly we use 2 screens for testing proposes, but I think if this is not a docker related issue. Beyond that, I need to ask you to try this on a clean profile, to also make sure this is not an add on or extensions causing graphic problems.

Please let us know if this issue is reproduced in the latest Nightly edition. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
