User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0

Steps to reproduce:

I use Inspector for CSS test with many changes. OK
Just after I uploaded my new CSS file, i refresh page with inspector always open
(I work in localhost)

Actual results:

But now some of CSS in tag I have changed are not correctly reflect in inspector !

• incorrect css
• blocked css
  it's infernal and I switch on G-Chrome

Expected results:

Nobody say you that *** bug ? It since the 70.0 version !!!
Please save us and Firefox dev user !

I would like to specify that I use a css file containing many @import url("../../***.css");
Maybe it can be helpful.
