you cannot navigate through a video in Picture-in-Picture mode, the arrow keys don't work and there's no way to click on a desired timestamp

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play video in Picture-in-Picture mode.
  2. Press the left and right arrow keys, nothing happens.
  3. Hover mouse over video, no time video timeline appears.

Actual results:

you cannot navigate the video with your arrow keys and no timeline appears when hovering your mouse over the video, making it impossible click on a desired timestamp.

Expected results:

arrow keys should move the video forward or backwards and a timeline should appear to make it possible to skip into a desired portion of the video.
