Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox
2. The open new private window and then type some url address - www.mozilla.org
3. Then right click anywhere on the page and click on 'Inspect element'
4. Inspector opens as usual - in my case docked on the right side of the screen.
5. Clicked on the top right side (three dots) and select 'Separate window'.

Actual results:

It opened blank window with no title and content and the inspector stayed on the right side of the screen.

Expected results:

Inspector should undock from current page and show in the new opened window.

It happens also when inspector is in separate window and decide to dock it to the left/right/top - shows blank screen in docked area and inspector stays opened in window.
