a wile ago I had to reflash my phone
in the process I lost all my dual factor app logins

one of them was for the bugzilla account
can you dissable the TOTP app llogin in my bugzilla account

had the same issue with mozilla.com account but that was fixed in some other Ticket.

the user affected is fstrugariu@mozilla.com

How is rvalabrega@ related to fstrugariu@ ?

rvalabrega has opened this on behalf of fstrugariu, who is unable to sign into bugzilla to comment due to the reasons given in comment 0. As fstrugariu's manager I can confirm his identity, and would appreciate if someone can help him to recover his access.

Since fstrugariu@mozilla.com is an employee they should go through service desk for this request.
Let me know if servicedesk doesn't help.

Nevermind I see that that rvalabrega is servicedesk! 2FA is disabled on fstrugariu's account.
