Details

This happened when I tried to update my mailing address around Nov 1, 2019, when I moved. The required password has been entered correctly then as additional security step, Citi Bank has sent me identification code via SMS then I entered the code to citibank.com several times, but citibank.com could not recognizer it.
As a consequence, the citibank account has been locked and I needed to call customer service to unlock it. This happened three times.

I tried to check how are other web browsers, like Chroma and Safari, and they are verified having no problems.

My MacOS is 10.14.4, Mojave, MacBook Pro, mid 2017.

I think this is CRITICAL issues.
Please fix this ASAP.

Thank you,
Yushin

Not sure, but maybe this https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1602879 is related to this issue.

I'm able to log into my citi account after getting an SMS code without issue (in a clean profile). Hopefully just a temporary issue. One thing to check for is any privacy related addons that might interfere here.
