I've added the scm_level_3 permissions. There is an existing ssh key with the account, so I didn't change it.

Please visit https://sso.mozilla.com and log out / in using the dropdown on the upper right corner. This ensures that the permission rights are updated with your account.

I logged out and in again. ssh hg.mozilla.org shows that I am part of the scm_level_3 group now, and while I don't have anything to land right now, I assume lando will work fine. If not, I'll file a bug. :)
