When you set the 'IMAP Server Directory' and delete a folder, the deleted folder
is not shown under 'Trash', it's still in its original position.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Open mail client
2. Set the 'IMAP Server Directory'. I tested with my fastmail account, I set the
setting to 'INBOX.', the personal namespace.
3. Refresh the folders
4. Create a folder, such as a, directly under the account
5. delete folder a

Expected:
a should be under 'Trash'

Result:
It's still here as it is not be deleted.

After delete operation, refresh the folders' showing.
This bug also exists without the setting.

Henry, I can't reproduce it with my fastmail account. Delete of folder or newly
created folder all works well. I can see the deleted folder in Trash when I
delete it.

What's wrong?
Yes. It's ok now. I tested with Courier & Cyrus IMAP server. Thx, Philip.

Marking resolved. If anyone else find it's still has problem, reopen it.
