if you retrigger a job in PushHealth, then nothing indicates the job is started. I'd suggest to show a temporary icon after the user clicked a button to restart the job, and then show a pending job icon (similar to TreeHerder), when the job was started but not yet finished.
It'd be quire helpful to track failures and jobs progress.
