When a test engineer kicks off a Try build using ./mach try fuzzy, Taskcluster automatically sends out a notification to that developer that a test build is running, including a notification of when a build completes.
We have redundant logic in our kind.yml file that can be removed, the email task sends a notification to the iris mailing list for all Try builds. Let's remove this duplication and inbox clutter.
