Randomly, after a minimize, and stayed like this through multiple browser restarts. Then it reset after a (long) computer sleep.

It appears to be related to being connected to an external monitor when coming out of sleep; I think I can reliably reproduce.

It appears to be related to being connected to an external monitor when coming out of sleep; I think I can reliably reproduce.

I assume that's to do with GPU switching, and it occurs when using the AMD one but not the intel one.
