We only use the stuff in mobile/android/components/geckoview/.

We also use the stuff in mobile/android/build (build utterly fails otherwise as we're missing kBrowserModule). (it wasn't really depended-upon from what I can tell, it just had some lines in nsComponentManager.cpp that needed to be removed).
But we do depend on the stuff in mobile/android/extensions (otherwise tests which install addons fail; at least dom/serviceworkers/test/test_streamfilter.html, toolkit/components/extensions/test/mochitest/test_ext_storage_cleanup.html and toolkit/components/extensions/test/xpcshell/test_ext_indexedDB_principal.js, as per https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=1a1ca8cc731061fa59f706204f56b49f3a2100ad). It seems those bits provide APIs that aren't shared between desktop and Android.
