unusable empty bar menu space
Expected results:
firefox thinks the menu bar is still at the top
Hi Raul,
Thanks for your report.
I did the following steps:
- Installed xfce4-appmenu-plugin on xubuntu 18.04 LTS and tested on Firefox Nightly
- Open Firefox
3, Checked that there are no unusable empty bar menu space (Flexible Space element) - Go to Preferences
- Two Flexible Space elements are added to the menu bar.
I tested this on Firefox Nightly 73.0a1 (2019-12-16) (64-bit) and Firefox Release 71.0 (64-bit), where I can see that Firefox adds two "Flexible Space" to the menu bar only when you open Preferences. I removed the two "Flexible Space" elements from the menu, after that closed Preferences and they no longer appear on the menu bar.
In order to continue testing, I'll need specific information about the behavior of the "Flexible Space" element. Are you unable to remove them?
Also, please confirm:
-
