Steps to reproduce:
- open a new private window (Ctrl-Shift-P)
- open dev tools (F12)
- click on the three dots to change the dev tools attachment (e.g. from right side to separate window)
Actual results:
FF makes the space where the dev tools should appear, but they stay at their old place. For example, if they were attached to the right side, and you select "separate window, an empty window will appear, but the dev tools stay where they were before
Expected results:
It should work like in non-private windows, i.e. they should switch positions as instructed
