Details

Right click on a task should give access to a 'Progress' submenu so that you can
change the percentage completeness of the task.

Possibly a 'Progress' submenu like:
Progress
    Not Started
    25% done
    50% done
    75% done
    Completed
Sounds reasonable. I also suggest:
- waiting for other people
- postponed
sounds good, don't know about waiting for other people though.
