My recollection is this can be caused by a addon.
What happens if you do help > restart with addons disabled ?

Yes, by add-on, or faulty localization.

As I said before: The key to effective triaging and actually fixing issues which can be fixed is to know what's going on. Looks like Portuguese has suffered the same issue as hy-AM.

Or let's rephrase that: First we need to check whether localisation has caught up. Does this work better in TB 72 beta? And is that Portuguese from Portugal or Brazil, oh, I see, there's a .br address in the screenshot.
I'll move the bug to localisation, and they will most likely move it back and then we can fix the pinning.

I don't see this bug in a clean install of pt-BR Thunderbird 68.3.1.
