Bug 1597149 disables the ability to recover from crashes in replaying processes. This needs to be reenabled, and should be simpler with the changes being made there --- in particular, when a replaying process has an unhandled recording divergence it is basically treated as if it crashed, and we should be able to common up the methods for dealing with unhandled divergences and with crashes.
