[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Open a Private Window.
3. Press the “Tab” key until you focus the “Close/X” button from the banner
4. Press the “Tab” key once more and observe the focused element.

[Expected result]:

• The “Options/Preferences” button is focused.

[Actual result]:

• The “Common myths about private browsing” hyperlink is focused.
