We would like to send users who have the Master Password feature enabled a message about the upcoming Fennec to Fenix migration.

The suggestion is to add a new User Attribute USER_ATT_MASTER_PASSWORD that is set to the current value of the Master Password setting in the application preferences.

Verified as fixed on 68.5b2 and 68.5a1. "Master Password" attribute is displayed with "True" when enabled and "false" value when is disabled. Marking the status VERIFIED due to the fact that we don't have access to Leanplum for the Release version.
