Steps to reproduce:

Print this page https://www.senat.fr/tableau-historique/ppl17-123.html

Actual results:

The foreground color (white) appears in black when printing result. It's good when we activate the print stylesheet in dev tools.

Expected results:

The foreground color must be rendered as defined by the stylesheet.

Hey Mathieu!

In the "print" dialog, you have an "options" tab, where you can chose "print background color". From my own testing this seems to fix your problem.

It's not clear to me why the foreground color is changed with this option, so we may have a bug somewhere indeed, but at least this should unblock your work!
